They are there to help us keep track of what happens at various meetings and events. There are no longer any official observers, but Barmie would like to reinstate this role if any of us are interested.
These observers are considered ambassadors, even though they don’t hold that title, because we are not a nation.

Le garde arrive, et empèche quiconque de sortir, en attendant l'enquêtrice.

Une enquête s'en suit, menée par le marchand. On trouvera une dague et un message. Duke Nono est soupçonné.

Puis l'enquêtrice arrive, demande un résumé de la situation: Une arme crée par Excalibur, qui l'a vendue à Paleale, un matis. La dague a été empoisonnée (le vendeur du poison est présent: c'est Beaker, un marchand tryker).

Dukenono se propose pour fabriquer un antidote.
