El primer episodio de la Saga de Ryzom tiene lugar en el Planeta "viva" [[Atys]], en el borde del universo, donde cuatro civilizaciones intentan curar las heridas de una tragedia apocalíptica.

Hace tres generaciones, las grandes civilizaciones de Atys perecieron durante el [[Gran Enjambre]] bajo el ataque de las hordas de [[kitin]]es, barriendo las galerías subterráneas y marcando el comienzo de la guerra y luego el genocidio. Mucho conocimiento se perdió durante esta fuga, pero ahora es el momento de apropiarse de nuevo de su herencia !
