Short Explanation of the table.

• Columns DE ... RU correspond to the language. As that table has to be copied in each language, when their are no mistake or lack, the links inside the locale column has to be "blue". Other languages links may be blue or red, it's not important, but its useful to show the corresponding translation.
• Last column, "level" show the depth in categorization: Closest the root, lowest number. Roots are level 1.
  • First raw gives categories for each wiki.
  • Next raw, noted T as Template, when it exist gives the bottom navbar to use in a page to refer to the good category and the good portal (see below). A page can have more than one bottom navbar , but at least one. Those navbar put the page in the corresponding category.
  • Last raw, noted P as Portal, when it exist because there are only only one association, gives the portal linked by the bottom navbar.
