The kioraï, which the Zorai call takoda (see the Story of Mabreka), is a plant growing in shady places of the oases and sometimes even directly in the water.
It unfolds in the autumn with magnificent small red flowers appreciated by the Fyros for their beauty.
Once dried and infused, kioraï also has soothing virtues.
