Mektoub racing is where participants on mektoub mounts race each other from a starting point to a finishing point, the goal being to get to the finishing point first. These races can either be held officially by the events team or unofficially by players or guilds.


Mini-Mek Racing

A variation of normal mektoub racing hosted officially. It was first introduced during the 5th birthday celebrations of Ryzom. In this variation the racers ride atop miniature versions of the mektoub mount.

Rewards

Depending on the host, there can be many rewards. Most commonly rewards include:

  • Dappers
  • Dug Materials
  • Cats
  • Equipment (such as boosted focus jewels)
