Variant spelling redirects are those that redirect from words spelt in a different (but correct) way to the spelling used in the wiki. This is mainly to address the slight differences between British and American English. Use {{variant spelling}} below the #redirect line to categorise the redirect.

While they should be replaced as one encounters them, avoid making edits solely for the purpose of replacing redirects.
