Making tools requires
- op mats and only op mp (no drilled or looted mats)
- a special tool (to be bought from a tool merchant)
- a nation stanza
- blueprints from the Tree-Tree or Great-Trepan craftsmen (in the capitals).
Here in Pyr:
Take plans (artisan of the Arbres-Vrilles or Grands-Trépans)
From a craftsman trainer (here in Pyr), take sanzas tool creation
and purchase of the tool
