Making tools requires
- op mats and only op mp (no drilled or looted mats)
- a special tool (to be bought from a tool merchant)
- a nation stanza
- blueprints from the Big Trepan or Tree Bore (in the capitals).
Here in Pyr:
Take plans (artisan of the Big Trepan or Tree Bore)
From a craftsman trainer (here in Pyr), take sanzas tool creation
and purchase of the tool
With tool in hand, and stanza:
choose a plan
than op mats
