le contenu en changera souvent, comme une FAQ, alors que les liens référencés (articles de fond), eux sont modifiés bien moins souvent (ou en cours de finalisation par son auteur). On pourrait soit y référencer des liens soit des catégories (ex: Category:Starting Out Category:Animation).
Par conséquent, chaque équipe spécifique (Test, Support, ou Lore...), ou type de joueur (débutant ou ancien qui revient et veux se réabo, avec ou sans Steam...) pourrait avoir une entrée spéciale dans le wiki. Pour les équipes, un admin wiki pourrait protéger la page et d'autres pourraient utiliser les discussions ou le chat RC ou autre pad.
