Cartographer

Mission 1: Run to different places in CoI to measure the magnetics there. Obtain component item and quest item for mission 2 at each location. Mission 2: Hand the quests items from mission 1 to cartographers in the 4 Zoraï cities, receive List of Magnetic Amplitudes q1 or q10. Cartograper (Goo Chase) in Zora: give Analysis Result, receive List of Magnetic Amplitudes q10
