They are located near the capitals (plus one in Almati Wood):
- near Yrkanis: Viero Tinania
- near Zora: Meni Wei-Din
- near Fairhaven: Ba'sakry Adgy
- near Pyr: Apogriron Thelion
- in Almati Wood: Pero Antorini, which is in charge of other services.
