• a special tool (to be bought from a tool merchant)
• a nation stanza
• blueprints from the Big Trepan or Tree Bore (in the capitals).

  From a craftsman trainer (here in Pyr), take sanzas tool creation

  and purchase of the tool

With tool in hand, and stanza:
