TIPM a temporary draft (don't use it)
TIP: the difference with what Trad does is the categorization which allows you to know which pages need to be translated first.
Trad: the latest version, inspired by TIP, makes it possible to know whether pages in different languages exist or not, and their translation status, but does not require anything.

example: I don't put TIP on portals to avoid cluttering up BUT I put full TIP AND Trad on an untranslated Lore page.

Note: The Template:Trad page is well documented.
