Ranger's Portal

So fine, I see that you are a ranger's writer. I'm precisely making a transfer and homogenization about Portals. So I'm copying/adapting the fr:Portal:Ranger in en:Portal:Ranger. I can do technical parts (templates, categorizations...), but I cannot fill it with good texts. I hope that both, we can do a fine Rangers Portal :) .
