The variable characteristics (vitality, strength) will be given here for the biggest kitin specimen of each species.
The weekest kitins are the flying ones. Then come the kirostas and kipuckas, but they are protected by an armouring.
The worker kitins enjoy a beefed-up vitality, probably required to carry on their works
The kinrey is an elite soldier, moreoever it is encountered especially in Prime Roots, so its vitality will be twice the figure given here.
The kincher is well known for its exceptional vitality among other characteristics.
Less known, the kidinak is even more resistant, and also heavily armored.
And far above the others is the kizarak, who has a vitality similar to the ones of the creatures called Bosses.

The kitin soldiers, kirosta and kinrey, stand clearly out of the lot. The other kitins almost all strike with the same strength.
As for the special attack, the most devastating ones are the ones of the kincher and the kinrey: powerful and quick.

The difference between "worker", "regular" and "elite" kitins is found again clearly here.
However the apparent attack pace has to be weighted with their use of special strikes.
These ones can require some time or on the contrary be very quick.

This table gives the number of seconds required for a kitin to travel 100 m.
For a comparison, a running homin travels 100m in about 17.25s, or only 9s in a frantic run, that cannot been sustained endlessly. On a mektoub mount, it requires approximatively 9s also.
Among the kitis, the kipesta and the kincher are champions.
The workers (kipee, kipucka) don't need to move fast, and the elite kitins, protecting the kitinlairs, don't rely on their speed either.
