Customer Support Representatives (abbreviated CSR) are volunteers that give back to the community by helping newcomers and veterans alike with any problems they might have in Ryzom's world.
Hierarchy
There are different CSR "ranks", one can easily determine what rank a CSR is in by looking at the colour the glow is of their staves and/or their armour colour.
The different ranks (along with their colour) is as follows:
- Game Developer (Yellow)
- Senior Game Master (Purple)
- Game Master (Red)
- Veteran Guides (Green)
- Senior Guides (Orange)
- Guides (Beige)
