The Water Road is the name given to the trade route opened in the Old Lands by the Fyros and Tryker between their respective territories, allowing the Fyros to import Water, vital for their survival. The Water Road ran along the Matis coast for 500 miles[1], and was dotted with strongholds, including the City of Karavia located halfway along the route and the object of many conflicts between Fyros and Matis.
The conflicts around the Water Route are at the origin of the War of Civilizations.
Since then, other convoys have been organized. See for example Water Road 2624.
