Introduction
The Kitins of the Depths are a set of Kitins subspecies still very poorly known. They are particularly aggressive towards all bark creatures, including other Kitins! they can only be observed during occasional invasion attempts which are always located around a rough nest outline. The eradication of a swarm always requires the mobilisation of a large force of homins from all over the planet.
Sometimes called the “White Kitins”, the Kitins of the Depths are visually different from other Kitins: they all have a light colour, slightly bluish and black in places, and this whatever of the species. It is this point which suggests that they come from a place without light, therefore from the depths of Atys, although they have never been observed in the Prime Roots. This hypothesis is therefore not based on any practical evidence.
Invasions
The invasion swarms are made up solely of warlike Kitins, namely: Kipucka, Kipesta, Kincher, Kirosta, Kinrey and Kidinak. Strangely enough, there are no Kizarak with them, though they systematically build a nest outline similar to those occasionally found in Prime Roots.

Localization
A statistical study of the invasions started at the beginning of Germinally 2nd CA 2607 [1] on the initiative of Azazor Eridlo Mirihus and the Collectif d'étude des kitins. (C.e.K)
