Summary
Completing this mission is essential because it allows NPCs[1] to "know" that your character has arrived in the capital, and prevents him from being stranded on Silan in case he returns there before acquiring a teleportation pact from that capital.
The four Hosts welcome the Homins in the same way:
— in a first step the host sends the newcomer to the Tourist Guide who asks to:
— Visit the stable and the groom
— Visit one of the places where the merchants are located.
— Visit to one of the trainer's places.
— Upon your return, the Welcomer gives two free teleportation pacts, one to the capital city you are visiting, the second to one of the powers embassies at the Silan ranger camp as well as information on their usage.
— The other initiation missions of these same welcomers are then unlocked.
