Synopsis: Convoys belonging to both the Pyromanciennes and the Kitiniers have been attacked. Each tribe accuses the other of initiating hostilities. To prevent escalation, the Rangers propose a neutral meeting at the Lowhills Stronghold, overseen by one of their own.
