"The kizoar is a prudent kitin scavenger whose powerful wings, with a span of 2 meters, allow it to flee swiftly at the slightest danger. Collects resources for the colony. It will hover over agonizing prey until it is safe enough to finish it off with its lethal sting."

The kizoars aren't much strong. Just take care that they do not help each other. Avoid two-handed weapons.

Best weapon: mace

Best magics: fire, poison, shockwave, electricity and cold except in Prime Roots.

Knowledge of the kizoar

Kizoars are placid, but you may find an aggressive one near an outpost ruin. Probably an unkilled specimen while a homin was following the kizoar rite quest.
There are lonely Great kizoars that are not at all in high danger regions :
- a specimen seen in the Imperial Dunes. Quite easy to find as it denotes among the local fauna;
- another one seen in the northeast of the Tunnel of Woe, more difficult to locate among "normal" kizoars;
- undoubtedly others to be discovered.
The kizoars of the kitins' nest of Almati Wood move on patrol and attack on sight. In the same nook one can sometimes cross Kizokoo, a Boss of the most difficult to kill.
