  • A long time ago homins thought that kizaraks were queens. This is how the kitinologist Daeronn Cegrips described them following a memorable expedition in the Demon's Lap.
  • Later entomologists professed that they were rather queens in the making. That is, in a way, princesses.
  • Even more recently, the entomologist Ardan Keale claimed that they were princes (male specimen). Hence the mysterious name princes' room given to a remote room in the Kitins' Lair.
  • The specimens of the Desertstock, the Underwood Woe and the Demon's Lap keep larvae under their paws. But not that of the Tunnel of Woe.
  • There is a tiny specimen of kizarak at level zero of Desertstock.
