The Tyneetryk's Tears Guild was founded on 17 November 2013 by Teeneemai. It got its name in recognition and deepest friendship to the much-loved Tyneetryk, who died shortly before.

Teeneemai said: „The choice of colours and the content of the guild emblem was very carefully done, because the colours were Tynee's favourite colours and the tear is a cry from my heart at our loss. And the shield shape is to remind us of the way she protected. She protected everyone in her guild. Ask any of the older members of Phaedrea‘s Tears.“

Teeneemai was the Guild Leader of the Tyneetryk's Tears until her death on May 2, 2019.
On May 20, 2019 Giselher her last shield squire and friend took over now the Guild leadership.
