Zorai Ranger, leader of the Rangers of Silan, Chiang The Strong is responsible for the reception and departure of refugees from the Silan camp.
He tests the camp's apprentices by giving them different missions. Once all these tasks are completed and if he deems them fit to leave, he directs the refugees to the mainland (via the Kamis or the Karavan).
