It takes 33 of fame to pass the rite and to have the faction's teleporters, including those in zones 250.
Then, you must go to the temple of the faction you joined to perform the rite with the guardian.
Then you'll have to go and get your labs, or at least the ones you don't already have.
It will take a renown of 60 and the validation of the rite of the faction concerned to be able to recover the bonus TPs.
At the temple, you will find an NPC.
The NPC will ask you to have validated your rite (kara or kami).
Then he will give you the teleportation artifact for 500k dappers.
To teleport yourself, you just have to :

Simply open your inventory and click on the desired TP. The job is now underway.

You need to open the TP interface (the 1st time).
You can then decide to leave it open continuously, reduced or not. To do this, right click on the item. Check the option to leave the window open.
You can activate the auto redemption. Be careful, the auto buyback is only done when there is no more TP. So if you had 2 TPs, it will consume them before buying them back.
Once the artifact is recovered, you will be able to filter the TPs in the bag and thus make them transparent. The inventory will be all the more clear. You will access the tp through the new TP shortcut bar
