To create a portal:

copy and paste this model into the new one to be created.
adjust the names of the tabs to the needs of the portal. This model corresponds to the groups (nations, factions...) of homins.
adapt the color theme (ColorAtys)
search everywhere the words "empty" or "to_be_changed" to modify it according to the needs. Often the associated link appears in red.
and finally, do not forget to remove this banner :)

Caution about the translations and other differences between sites

the model that displays the tabs is called: template:Tabs in all sites except in FR, where it is referred as template:Début des onglets for historical reasons.
the model of the complex banners dedicated to Ryzom are template:RyzomBanner and template:BandeauComplexe
