Charter of the N'ASA

It contains three laws, in order of importance:

Respect all forms of intelligence as well as what sustains them

All atisians, without exception, have the right to express themselves in the N'ASA. This implies that conflicts between homins are put aside as soon as they enter the premises or meetings of the N'ASA. (Needless to say, they should not take out their weapons. • promote peaceful coexistence between homins and any intelligent way ;
• strive to care for all victims of goo;
• understand and share the different dialects of Atys;
• understand the behavior modes of atysians;

N'ASA can receive researchers or victims forced experiment to flee.

Chance if not consensus

All decisions within the N'ASA are consensual, even exceptionally established modes of choice are by consensus. In the event of an emergency and in the absence of consensus, a solution can be chosen at random. However, any solution will be of limited time and will have to be reviewed.

Foliage

The leaves of the "'foliage"' are members, researchers or not, who work in a team or alone within the "'branches"', within the N'ASA or in other Academies. When they are in assembly, they may decide to restructure the trunk or a branch.

To become a member, it is sufficient to submit your application at an assembly and that the members present accept it by a majority of those present. From the moment a member belongs to the N'ASA, he is supposed to respect his charter within its walls. Researchers may belong to National Academies or even factions. It is not unusual for them to share only what their academies allow them.

The branches of the N'ASA (research areas)

• Branch of the "sciences and technology", including the study the flight with flyners.

The trunk

The trunk consists of two hominas and two homins. These four homins are co-opted volunteers. They must represent the widest possible variety of peoples/races/factions and dialects^[3]. The role of the trunk is to carry out assemblies so that each researcher can express himself. It is recommended that all four members share all current dossiers. There is no "superiority" of power. It is only a functional hierarchy to facilitate communication between members and diplomacy with external bodies.

Assembly

Allow :

• meet with researchers and invite new members or friends.
• develop a research inventory at N'ASA
• publish the conclusions of the works and present them to the homins of Atys, that is, in the encyclopaedias with, if possible, the validation of the Great elders (OOC: the animators and lorists).

They are not mandatory, as many researchers and adventurers are known to run away from the mania of making meetings. On the other hand, Research reports can be provided by Izam. These reports allow, among other things, to ask for help (diplomacy, bodyguards and various events).

Meetings are held in a non-multiple period of 7 days (currently 30 days) to allow all researchers to be present (some of them have recurring restrictions). The schedule should also be able to accommodate atisians living far away (such as the Americas, the Far East, etc.). Therefore, it is preferable to use GMT (Green Mount Time, that is, the average time at the level of the Real Observatory of Green Heights).

One of the members of the trunk will preside over the ensemble. It is he who manages the sequence of agenda items. To this end, it allocates talk time to the various speakers.

Each speaker is free and responsible for his or her talk time, that is, he or she manages the questions and answers. At the end of his speaking time, he gave the floor to the person who so requested, if not to the president who would follow up on the continuation of the programme.

The latter only intervenes if there is conflict (it is a question of calming and not of choosing) or limiting, or even interrupting, a topic in the course of the exhibition or debate that seems too long or stagnant. In any case, this interruption must be consensual.

To avoid fuss, it is recommended to raise your hand even to the president.
