The Second Meeting of the Bards[1] was held on the 8th of Mystia of the quarter cycle of Jena Year 2612 (HRP: April 3, 2021 at 19:00 UTC) near Towerbridge Way, in the natural tower overlooking the Matisian Border Guards camp.

The audience, more sparse (the Refugees’ Days Festival was in full swing at the time)[2] than that of the first meeting of its kind, could then enjoy the interventions of the four bards present that day, namely:
- It once were two refugee childrenDE, or how we find each other despite the kitins, a poem told by Elke Miko ;
- The legend of Yberkan - IFR where a boss presides over the birth of a friendship, a story told by Nair Kyriann Ba'Zephy ;
- Flame Of The DesertDE, a song composed and performed by Serae Lylanea Vicciona, Bard of the Four Lands, for her beloved Wixarika;
- Running in the winterDE, a breathtaking race told by the same Bard of the Four Lands, president of the meeting.
