Sterga Hamla is the matis master craftsman, responsible of the refugees' training in Silan in the field of craftsmanship. He rewards his best apprentices with a Matis outfit that he makes himself.

Sterga was the first master craftsman to engrave allegories following the discovery, in 2608, of an amber Cube lost by Tepsen Be'Laroy. He still engraves a nice yubo on your jewels for a few Elyps.
