The Kitins have managed to keep a number of nests despite the constant efforts of most homins. Four others remain permanently active:
- Two are on the bark: the Tunnel of Woe and Desertstock
- Two are located in the Prime Roots: the Underwood Woeand the Demon's Lap,
They also regularly try to install others, especially on the surface. So far, Homins' vigilance, as well as an international alert system succeeded in preventing any new permanent installation until now.
Abandoned nests: Paramount Stock and Withered Stock.
