Island
Conventionally, an island is an isolated region, entirely bordered by cliffs. Two islands are known in the New Lands: Silan Island and Nexus Minor and three in the Old Lands: Almati Wood (the only one still accessible), Aelius Dunes and Lake Olkern. By analogy, the isolated regions of the Prime Roots such as the Abyss of Ichor, Under Spring or the Kitin's Lair are also called islands.
