On the return from the Exodus, his mother died giving birth to Nilstilar in a tent hastily pitched in the wood crowning the Den of Fury. Taken by the Siblings of the Weeds, he lived among them in a carefree way until a traveler from Min-Cho announced to the tribe, gathered around the fire on that unforgettable night spring, the rebirth of the homin cities destroyed by the by the Great Swarming.
Enthused by the good news, he left the next day for the north where, the Zoraï traveler had reluctantly told him, had been erected the new capital city of the Matis kingdom.
At the end of a perilous journey on his own, in the morning of his eighteenth birthday, on the seventh day of Germinally of the second cycle of the Jena Year 2526, Nilstilar entered at last Yrkanis.

Born on the 7th day of Germinally of the 2nd cycle of Jena Year 2508 in the Fleeting Garden, of unknown father and Rinstilla, Matissa victim of love and Exodus.
Married with the unforeseen and in love with a serae as skilful as beautiful, alas departed, many seasons ago, for a journey far from the Bark.
Childless for then, but some cousins who do him (from time to time) various favors.
