The hominoid races
There are seven hominoid races on Atys.
Races are important because they provide specific attributes that influence the homin's behavior.
Four of them have created civilizations that reflect their vision and lived experience of the world. The topic, rich in information, is covered in their dedicated portal:
Here, we only present the three other races, called primitives, which are at most one tribe more evolved than the others.
There was a fourth primitive race, the Momos, but it has completely disappeared.

A now extinct primitive race that dwelled in the forest.
It was under Zachini rule that the momos, primitive tribes, were hunted to extermination under the pretext that the inferior creatures menaced the living space of the Matis people.
Some old Matis say that the Momos were then recognised by everyone in the Kingdom as distant ancestors and that this very thought disgusted the king of that time. They lived in the lush forests of Atys.
