The City
It was founded in 2488, when Hoï-Cho was Great Sage.
It was there that the Great Sage Mabreka invited the leaders of other nations in 2516: King Yrkanis, Emperor Dexton, and Governor Still Wyler. They signed the historic Free Trade Agreement with a view to establishing the free movement of goods throughout homin territory.
Located east of the Cities of Intuition, it is the starting point of a safe route to Void. In Hoï-Cho you will therefore come across gatherers, craftsmen but also fighters heading towards Void.
Banners and decorations are green in this locality.
